The New Superfood!
Higher in antioxidant capacity than any other berry and very versatile. Either use raw or stew lightly with a little sugar (to reduce their slightly astringent taste). Add to cakes, crumbles, breakfast cereals, desserts (and gin! Aronia Gin is very good!). Make Aronia Jelly or just simply juice the raw berries. All our fruit is of course unsprayed.
